A vacant office building, near the corner of Claremont Street, with a “for sale” sign. The agents’ description includes “The property comprises of a 3 storey modern self contained office building and is finished to include carpet floor coverings, suspended ceilings, recessed lighting and perimeter trunking, with kitchen and WC facilities. It also includes an area to the rear which would accommodate c. 4 cars.” I have no connection with the property or the sale.
