The Marshland Tavern once stood on this site on Lynn Road next to The Bowling Green Inn. It is now occupied by a pair of terraced houses which may be the original tavern or they may have been built on the old tavern site. This Tavern's location is shown on a map of Wisbech which was surveyed and drawn in 1853 as part of The Public Health Act of 1848, see https://media.geograph.org.uk/view.php?id=2693
