This stretch of the canal at the rear of Jurys Inn lies between Albion Lock (#90) and Tib Lock (#89). Bottom left is the canalside of the Grade II listed Albion Warehouse https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1279694 originally built in the 1860s. Further along are some broken columns which would have supported now demolished warehouses alongside the canal. On the right the towpath has a gate operated by The Canal & River Trust who have been carrying out repairs to the canal which was drained between locks 90 and 91. An Open Weekend gave visitors a chance to walk through the drained part of the canal.
