Large boulder on side of B9006

Local tradition has it that this large stone, known as the Cumberland Stone, near Culloden Moor, served as a table on which the” Butcher Duke”" took breakfast on the morning of the Battle of Culloden on 16th April 1746. Later in the day he used the large rock as a vantage point to view the field of battle.
