Housing association apartments under construction at the corner of Dudley Street (right). The following planning permission (16 March 2016) applies “LA04/2015/1227/F Retention and restoration of façade and demolition of the building to the rear and erection of 15 apartments with access arrangements, parking, landscaping and associated site works 49-57 Fitzroy Avenue Belfast BT7 1HX”. This was previously a vacant site. The retained façades are on the left.
