The Alchemist Bar at North Bay

The spectacular, recently-opened (http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/whats-on/food-drink-news/alchemist-bar-mediacity-salford-quays-13561686 Manchester Evening News Sept 2017) bar and restaurant situated on the bridge which crosses the body of water which once formed Dock 9 at Manchester Docks. Since redevelopment and the splitting of the dock, the water on this side is known as "North Bay" whilst that on the other side of the bridge is called "Huron Basin".
