Ship Canal House

The Grade II listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101219203-ship-canal-house-city-centre-ward Ship Canal House was built in 1927 by Harry S Fairhurst for the Manchester Ship Canal Company. At the time it was one of the tallest office blocks in the United Kingdom.
