Appears on the 1866 OS Map as "Collier's Arms", but by 1900 the name had changed to "Miners' Arms Inn". Acquired by the State Management Scheme at an as yet undiscovered date, it was sold on 11 May 1973 to the John Smiths Brewing Group. Still trading. See also: Image] .
