Alongside the A4440 Persimmon Homes are about to start building Whittington Walk. There will be over 300 houses in 10 styles. It is opposite the Hatton Grange development that is now nearly finished. The new public house and KFC that are quite close will probably be kept busy with several large housing areas to draw from. Whittington Walk is the first new housing development on this side of the A4440 (the side away from the city).
