This boundary stone is at the Northeast end of Hoole Way railway bridge. It stands on what was once the line of the Urban District boundary, but that has now moved to the centre of the road. I speculate that F.T. refers to Flookersbrook Township, but that could be wrong; they are not the initials of Chester's mayor of the time.
