Created by Comelia Parker in 2011. A Folkestone version of Copenhagen's Little Mermaid overlooking the beach from East Pier. "This sculpture is a life-size cast of Folkestone resident Georgina Baker, a monument of the people and for the people of Folkestone." She still has legs and feet.
