St Mary’s Church, which dates from the twelfth century, is probably the most significant building in Burton Latimer. The tower and spire were rebuilt and the church was restored during the latter part of the nineteenth century. It is a Grade I listed building (List entry Number: 1372364 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1372364 Historic England).
