Matrix House is a large office building (110,000 sq ft of office space) within a short walk of Basingstoke town centre and the bus and railway stations. The cars in the photograph are on Churchill Way East, waiting at traffic lights on the Eastrop Roundabout. The reflection of the large office building called Churchill Plaza can be seen in the glass curtain walling.
