The courtyard and walled garden of the Warnham Lodge estate, located in the northeast of the square and here seen from the top of the clock tower. These buildings were built in c. 1890 for Sir Henry Harben (1823-1911) owner of the estate and chairman of the Prudential Insurance Company. The estate buildings with the exception of the tower have now been converted into private dwellings.
