Building of the church of All Saints, Crudwell began in the 12th century when the north aisle was constructed. The Chancel was added in the 13th century and the rest of the building added during the 14th and 15th centuries. The Lychgate is the 1st World War Memorial and was unveiled on All Saints Day, 1st November 1920 and lists the men of Crudwell who never returned home. We were here at a wedding in 2004, before I got bit by the geograph bug - an interior shot is here Image
