The wording explains that the memorial is "In memory to all those who flew from R.A.F Fulbeck never to return 1940 - 1945. A close up can be seen at http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5500910 The memorial is at the entrance to the Fulbeck Training Area - see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/166882 The training area is on the site of the former R.A.F Fulbeck.
