Two of a number of large 19th Century villas on The Mount, 117 and 119 The Mount were built in 1833/4. In 1967 the combined buildings were converted into a hotel, the Mount Royale. Grade II listed - see www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1256455. No 119 is the building on the right in this photo.
