Grade II Listed 18th century house. Granted permission in 2008 the blue plaque reads 'THOMAS CHURCHYARD 1798-1865 Landscape Artist and Advocate lived here 1843-1853'. A couple of references refer to Churchyard moving his business into part of Marston House in 1834 or by 1841. Reportedly Marston House (and its neighbour Grade II* Listed Gordon House) are named after officers serving in Woodbridge during the Napoleonic War.
