A thriving colony of pencilled cranesbill (Geranium versicolor), which seems to be becoming more common as an escape. On this specimen is a male thick-legged flower beetle (Oedemera nobilis). This is on a vacant site bordered on the north by Luscombe lane, and on the other sides by recent housing.
