Metal plate attached to stone post by the UC road, in parish of Kinlet (Bridgnorth District), Woodgate; 100m West of junction with the B4363, on the verge, on North-east side of road. Bewdley Dog Lane plate, erected by the Dog Lane Gate (District of Bewdley) Turnpike Trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- TO BEWDLEY 6 MILES Grade II Listed.
