The only house in this corner of Leeds to be listed (grade 2, entry 1375097). It is not much older (c.1850) than others in the area, but listed because it was "probably 'Delph House' standing on the edge of the extensive Woodhouse sandstone quarries to the north and east" - an area now known as Woodhouse Ridge. Hence the name of Delph Lane (foreground).
