Stuck in traffic

The display was cycling between 'M90(S)QUEUE EXPECT' and 'DELAYS'. About 9km from the Forth Road Bridge on a Sunday afternoon. Information was that there was an 'incident', but immediately out of it the delays continued due to 'road works' for the north end of The Queensferry Crossing/Forth Road Bridge confluence.
