Running parallel to Clifton Street whose back yard walls are on the left, a few still remain but most have been bricked up. The passage links Guildford Road to Terminus Road opposite the Belle Vue pub and would probably have been constructed when both Clifton Street and Terminus Place and Street were developed between 1842-47. The latter two are part of three cul de sacs that run from the passage to Terminus Road. It took the cat a while to pose in the right direction!
