A small development now under construction at 102 Malone Road - “A Luxury Development of 8 Apartments and 8 Semi-Villas”. The name comes from "Montpellier" – a local house once owned by Sir Samuel Dill http://www.newulsterbiography.co.uk/index.php/home/viewPerson/399. The new houses use the spelling “Mountpelier”.
