The gold postbox on Churchgate Image (BL1 3) celebrates gold medal winning Olympian Jason Kenny Image who won two gold medals, so two post boxes in Bolton were painted gold. This one on Churchgate is for the track cycling team sprint. The other one, for the individual sprint, is outside the main post office on Deansgate Image
