Although the economic climate doubtless requires farmers to wrest the last ounce of value from their livestock, it does seem a trifle optimistic to expect sheep both to read this notice and to act upon it. Mind you, I have encountered from extremely assertive (even aggressive) sheep over the years. Anyway, I looked carefully and saw neither sheep nor dogs in the field, so perhaps the instruction could be seen as successful.
