This looks very new and the size of the louvred grills and exhaust pipe diameters suggest 2 large diesels and one smaller one. On the extreme left the green container is one of the fuel tanks. I can spot infrastructure like this in a flash and as I had my camera I couldn't resist taking its photograph. I was visiting here on business with a trainee and it was my first visit since about 1994 (I remember very little about that occasion).
