The roundabout at the junction of Monkswood Gate, Monkswood Avenue, and Ramshead Drive appears to exist purely to allow buses to turn, judging by the very light vehicular traffic the junction handles. The bus stop on the roundabout is currently the terminus of First Leeds route 49 to Bramley via Leeds city centre.
