In 2012 the former Westwood hospital site became redundant. In 2014 planning permission was granted to the P.J. Livesey Group to redevelop the site for private housing, to be known as Westwood Park. In Phase I, the former Guardian's Boardroom has been converted into a house. Illustrated is the west-facing façade, viewed from the grounds of The Manor House.
