I was surprised to see this Heron taking off from farmland alongside Blueberry Wood and flying over Cherry Orchard Road. However, the O.S. map indicates that there are two large ponds in the area, so they may have been the attraction for the bird. The blurred lines are two out of focus twigs that unfortunately got in the way.
