Taken from Foyle Embankment, this cycle and footbridge was opened on Saturday 25th June 2011, and connects Ebrington Square with the rest of the city centre. This self-anchored suspension bridge is the newest of the three bridges in the city, the others being the Craigavon Bridge and the Foyle Bridge. It has a total length of 235 metres (771 feet) and also provides a crossing over the railway line approaching Waterside Station.
