The building has lots of holes in the roof, and is partly obscured by scrub. It was demolished a few weeks after this photo was taken - see Image . Located at the former Upperby Traction Maintenance Depot (TMD) - see Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlisle_Upperby_TMD .
