The double-gabled building on the left is the former North Eastern Railway goods shed, constructed in 1881. See Image . Centre and right are warehouses at Watts Yard, a storage facility occupying a large part of the former railway depot. The property includes the old NER engine shed (far right), built in the late 19th century. A continuaton of the view over towards the right can be seen here Image . Location update, January 2017 : The goods station is still there, it was listed in 2015 https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1430159 . The warehouses and engine shed were demolished in about 2008, the Linton Grove housing estate has been built on the land.
