Bredon Church and Twyning Meadow

Normally in August the hay in Twyning Meadow has been harvested and the grass is short, however, after two summer floods this year the farmers have been unable to make the hay and many tonnes of hay has been lost from this large meadow. The last summer flood occurred in 1968. Further damage caused by the flooding can be seen in the background with boats lifted from the river and deposited on dry land. The spire of Bredon Church can be seen in the background.
