Planning permission has been granted by Swale Borough Council under application number 14/506802/FULL for the “erection of a regional distribution centre (Use Class B8) with ancillary office accommodation (use Class B1 (a)) and associated gatehouse and access arrangements, service station, refuse and recycling area, car parking and landscaping”.
