This is the Mill Trail south of Whitchurch and right beside the River Test. It could be a nice riverside walk except the river is so hidden away in thick woodland that you can't see it at all. Apart from the occasional sound of a waterfall you wouldn't know there was a river here. Perhaps it's a bit better in winter without so many leaves.
