Traces of old advertisements painted directly onto the brick wall can still be seen on this building at the junction with Manchester Road. On the left 'Aristocrat of all bicycles - HUMBER'; the one on the right has been covered by a modern vinyl advertisement for hanstons bodyshop and garage services, but parts of it can just be seen sticking out beyond the end.
