This is a telephoto assisted image taken from just north of Gailey Lock. The wind turbines were not there when I passed by in July 2016, and on 18 September when I passed by the turbine on the left had no blades. Neither appears to be commissioned and in operation yet, though the blades do turn very slowly from time to time.
