Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/15/00636 for the “change of use and conversion of basement flat into 2 bedsits, erection of a front dormer roof extension, replacement of existing rear dormer and replacement windows and doors with upvc”. The house also features in this view of Image, when it was again clad in scaffolding. The grass on Walmer Green has been bleached brown by there being several weeks of very little rainfall.
