Across golden wheat stubble as sundown approaches. West Tower - to the right of the cluster of buildings - was built for a Liverpool shipping magnate of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. It is now a hotel and wedding venue with wonderful views towards Liverpool and The Wirral.
