Alongside a bus stop and shelter on the north side of Allt-yr-yn Avenue. A small rectangular plaque on the shelter shows PRESENTED TO THE NEWPORT CORPORATION IN MEMORY OF DR L. ERNEST ACOMB M.R.C.S L.R.C.P. (LOND.) D.P.H (OXON.) Leonard Ernest Acomb (1881–1940) was a Newport general medical practitioner.
