A former large Edwardian house that has now been split into different sections. Oak House refers to the house on the right as well as the pet shop occupying the middle section. Oakley is the name of the rest of the building to the left and has been subdivided into flats. The large building occupies the area on the north of the High Street between Village Hall Lane and Oakwood.
