The bronze statue of the legendary millowner and philanthropist stands in the grounds of the larger of his two, now redundant churches, All Souls Image See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Akroyd for his Wikipedia biography. It was made by J S Philip soon after Akroyd's death, and is grade 2 listed (list entry 1133905).
