The exterior of number 14 appears to be in the process of being repainted. As far as number 15 is concerned - planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application Y16/0394/SH for “alterations to existing rear projection following part removal of existing structure, together with formation of a front balcony”. The balcony is being installed on the second floor. This view of Image shows both houses after the work on them had been completed.
