Kinson: footpath E53 no longer exists

We are looking along what was once a public footpath, leading into Pelhams Park, and is still marked on the Borough Council's definitive map of rights of way - or at least, the latest version (April 2014) that I have been able to access. See Image] for a full view of this house, which was built on a previously vacant plot in 2013, perhaps thus explaining the disappearance of the path. There is still a path along the left edge of the premises, but it leads only to the garden of the right-hand neighbour now that it is a mid-terrace rather than a semi.
