This is a typical 80s council housing estate, with much green space between the houses and the roads - such as Newbury Drive, whose main carriageway stops a fair bit short of the length of the houses. We look down a path alongside the end house, which leads through to the garage accesses and forms a public footpath to Cornish Gardens. The large scale mapping suggests that the official public right of way extends towards us only up to the back garden wall of the house on the left. See Image for a view towards us up the alley, with links to a couple of further photo of the garage driveway.
