The prominent white building was built in 1909 to house labourers who were employed at the nearby Royal Dockyard at Rosyth. A Category B Listed building http://data.historic-scotland.gov.uk/pls/htmldb/f?p=2200:15:0::::BUILDING:51009 . The disused railway line from Inverkeithing to Rosyth Docks runs through the greenery in the foreground. Viewed from an Edinburgh bound train.
