In the foreground is a pipe bridge with the Broughton Field Bridge behind, and Oakfield Road Bridge No 16 in the distance. All three bridges are crossing the Aylesbury Arm of the Grand Union Canal, which is six and a quarter miles long and has sixteen locks. It runs west from Marsworth Junction to the centre of Aylesbury.
