The view towards Crescent Gardens. The agents’ sign reads “All Enquiries” rather than the usual “For Sale” or “To Let”. The brochure includes this description “The subject property consists of three attractive substantial interlinked town terraces constructed c.1850. No.14 and 15 are listed with a B1 status and No.16 is listed as B+ The buildings are available either as a single-let headquarters or is capable of being sub-divided to suit the requirements of multiple occupiers. The original features will be retained with the building being converted to commercial uses such as boutique hotel, health clinic, high specification offices, or alternatively residential apartments or town terraces (subject to planning).”
