A private residence in June 2016, Chapel House was erected as Brockenhurst Baptist Chapel in 1841, incorporating an 18th century house (now named Chapel Cottage) http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4987438 out of shot on the left. Grade II listed (as Brockenhurst Baptist Church) in 1987.
